Bish Dawadi
COSTING & DESIGN MANAGER
Bish is a Geotech expert and has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry on a wide range of major infrastructure projects - including expansion of large road projects (M80, Peninsula link, City Link - Tulla widening), Wind farms (Crowlands and Leongatha), large hospital buildings (Western Health Footscray), and foundation projects for pipelines in the Port of Melbourne and many more.
He established VICPiling in 2016 which is now a trusted name in foundation solutions delivering risk managed and cost effective outcomes that meet a client’s needs. 

Graham Hill 
SALES MANAGER
Graham has over 45 years of experience in the construction industry and has an in-depth knowledge of the geology of Melbourne and surrounds. He is the pioneer of screw piles in Melbourne and is known for his innovation in design to provide on the spot solutions for difficult ground. He has worked in diverse projects in his long career including major infrastructures like road  and railway tunnels, airports, freeways, mines, power stations and transmission lines, water retaining structures and ports.

Greg Caldwell
SUPERVISOR
Greg has over 55 years of experience in the construction industry and has gained hands on knowledge of the ground in Victoria. He worked as a senior surveyor in the past and is currently managing construction crews in VICPiling.

Rodney Harty 
SITE MANAGER/OPERATOR
Rod has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and has gained extensive experience in all facets of operating a range of earth moving machinery. He worked as a senior site manager in the past and is currently managing our piling team.

Troy Sargent
SITE FOREMAN
Troy has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has a wide range of expertise in many facets of the building and construction industry. He is currently working in our piling team.

Craig Davey
OPERATOR/PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Craig has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and is experienced in operating machines and all aspects of purchasing/procurement. He is currently working as our procurement manager and provides help on site when needed.

Gary Wilson
PLANT MANAGER
Gary has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has wide ranging expertise in manufacturing and maintaining tools, plant and equipment. He is currently working as our plant manager and provides help on site when needed.
