Shamrock Street Apartment

Adjacent to this building is a pathway on the edge of an embankment down to the Yarra river. We were engaged to install galvanised screw piles to a depth of up to 16 metres. Challenges included operating on uneven surfaces and avoiding damage to the root structures of the trees. After installation, the piles had to be grout filled to increase their strength and rigidity.
